Newly constructed Persimmon Place, a Whole Foods-anchored 150,000 SF center, has newly opened stores and restaurants which include Nordstrom Rack and HomeGoods. Soon a variety of upscale and quick casual dining options will open. Target-anchored Fallon Gateway center (379,000 SF) home to Dick's Sporting Goods and BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and a variety of quality inline tenants has begun a new phase of development which will include over 40,000 SF of dining and retail space. Hacienda Crossings, Dublin's nearly 500,000 SF power/lifestyle center anchored by an IMAX theater, opened a new Lazy Dog Café and is updating dining options. Future projects include Kaiser Permanente’s development of a 50+ acre parcel for medical/commercial uses and the Dublin Crossing development on 189 acres of land (formerly part of Camp Parks).
