The City of Hollywood is an urban beachfront community located in southeastern Broward County about midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood is approximately 30 square miles in size and is Broward’s third-largest municipality with a population over 149,000 residents. Hollywood has an average annual high temperature of 83 degrees and low temperature of 68 degrees.

(1) $200+ million in development delivered in 2016. (2) The Related Group's Hyde Resorts and Residences, a $250 million residential resort opened on the beach. (3) Quantum Marine opened their new 30,000 SF Corporate Headquarters. (4) Parkview at Hillcrest, an approximately 243 acre residential development by Pulte Homes consisting of 645 single family homes and town homes. (5) Hollywood Circle is a 25-story, mixed use development in Downtown Hollywood. (6) $1.6 billion of development projects under construction or planned for the near future.
