San Leandro is in the center of the Bay Area, equal distance from San Francisco and Silicon Valley, with excellent transit access via BART, Highways 880,580 and 238, and the Oakland International Airport. Lit San Leandro, offering synchronous internet connection speeds up to 10 gigabits per second, provides businesses with speeds they need for the new gigabit economy and the Internet of Things. Residential and commercial real estate prices are relatively low given its location in the Bay Area, and major new residential and commercial development projects are already under construction or entitled.
