District Description

Colfax Avenue is America’s longest main street. It has
undergone transformations through the generations, but has remained an integral
and unique corridor that runs east and west through the entire metro area and
across an array of neighborhoods. The segment of East Colfax from St. Paul
to Colorado Blvd., as the Bluebird Business Improvement District, offers a new
urban market, vintage collectibles, specialty grocers, modern design and ethnic
dance. You can find dinner and cocktails from four continents along with
everyday things that make your life work better, like garden tools and car
parts, paint, and party goods.
