District Description

The City's goal for the Broadway Station area is to create a robust, vibrant, transit-oriented development. The area has excellent connectivity to high frequency transit, major highways, and the recently reconstructed South Broadway corridor. Proximity to amenities and public infrastructure investments have catalyzed the area, as indicated by numerous new businesses and residential construction projects.
