This District is referred to as "Catalyst Site #1" and represents an incredible private-sector development opportunity for a major urban infill project focused on arts, entertainment, sports, education, dining and mixed-use live-work-play. City will entertain highest-value, public/private partnerships consistent with long-term plan goals.
