District Description

This district includes a mix of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hotels, offices, medical, higher education, condominiums and apartments.  It is anchored by a regional mall (Fairlane Town Center) and was developed on a lower density suburban model that has left substantial land available for increased density through infill development.  By adding infill development and improving pedestrian amenities it is the goal of the City to see this become another true mixed-use, town center area within the community.
