District Description

Iconic Hollywood Boulevard. The Gateway Corridor to Downtown and Hollywood's Broadwalk on the beach. The corridor is within the Regional Activity Center, which encourages attractive and functional mixed living, working, shopping, education, and recreational activities that support a dynamic work, live, play environment. Significant infrastructure investment by the public sector along this key corridor will be redesigned to be more multi-modal, pedestrian friendly, and support high quality mixed-use developments.
