District Description

UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS WELCOME!The Innovation District is a sixty (60) acre contiguous tract of land east of I-95 with an exit in Pompano Beach, Florida (equidistant between West Palm Beach and Miami; 10 minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale and south of Boca Raton), of which approximately 70% is publicly owned between the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), City of Pompano Beach, and the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.  The area is mostly vacant in one of Florida's 20th largest cities (120k+ population).  It is zoned for mixed-use, hotel, restaurant, office, and retail with heights up to 105' (bonuses available) - see regulating plans that are included below.YouTube Video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XZ_WCM6n_k
