District Description

This portion of the Central District is located adjacent to the Florida Turnpike (ADT 138,000), Hollywood Blvd (ADT 42,000), State Road 7 (ADT 39,000). Proximity to new retail development and transportation infrastructure provides infill development ranging from multi-family, office, restaurant offerings to capture local demand as well as those passing through this gateway corridor.
