Remediation Site (BRRTS #02-37-000179) due to petroleum contamination on the
south side of the property and solvent based contamination on the north
side. The site has been involved in an active clean-up of the
contamination with the majority of clean-up activities being complete.
Currently, all required clean-up and sampling has been completed with the
consultant managing the project recommending closure of the site to WDNR
in letter dated January 11, 2017. WDNR approval is pending.
