This set of parcels is located along the Buttermilk Trail, overlooking Buttermilk Creek. Just to the west of the site is the new Terra Square farmers market and event center and the Harvey Street woonerf & splashpad.
An ideal project for this site would be multi-story building that fronts along Prospect Street with parking along Service Drive. The project would include residential, but could also include ground-floor commercial.
