This parcel is located just to the south of the new Terra Square farmers market and event center and the newly designed Harvey Street Woonerf. This parcel is directly adjacent to the pedestrian section of Harvey Street, the splash pad, and the pocket park.
An ideal project for this site would be a multi-story building that engages strongly with pedestrian foot traffic to the north and west, but also has a presence on School Street. The project could include retail or a restaurant on the first floor and office/residential on the upper floor(s).
