This set of parcels is located at the intersection of 32nd Avenue and Prospect Street, just a block to the East of the new Terra Square farmers market and event center and the Harvey Street woonerf & splashpad.
An ideal project for this site would be multi-story brownstone style residential units that front along 32nd Avenue and Prospect Street with parking on the interior of the development. Either rental units or owner-occupied would be welcomed.
