The larger parcel was formerly an Albertsons Grocery store. In discussions with the owners of the other parcels they are motivated to sell as part of a total redevelopment project. There has been strong interest by big box stores as well as from stores with a smaller footprint. ADT count is 41,000 on 17-92 and approximately 26,000 on SR 434. Upon the completion of a retail study and site analysis. The city is working on consolidating all 13.3 acres on the site which includes East Street to US Hwy 17-92 and SR 434 to the neighboring center.
