Site Description

This ¾ acre site is a prime mixed use opportunity for a new gateway at Water and St. Paul streets in the Historic Third Ward. The site is along the Milwaukee River, the Riverwalk, and the Milwaukee Streetcar route.  The site is designated as a landmark development site which allows for higher density than allowed for by the traditional zoning code.  Most recently the site was sold to a development team that is planning for a 20 - 30 story mixed use transit orientated tower.  See more information on the proposal in the following article: http://www.jsonline.com/story/money/real-estate/commercial/2017/02/10/prime-historic-third-ward-site-milwaukee-river-sold-local-developers-hotel/97706838/
