Muskegon County operates the Muskegon County Business Park - North on approximately 110 acres of shovel ready industrial land. In 2009, the County constructed interior access roads and utilities to support future business park uses. This industrial park now has all of your transportation and shipping needs covered. Site assets include: 110 acres suitable for manufacturing, light industrial and commercial uses; on-site rail access to CSX rail lines; and a strategic position just minutes from US-31, Interstate 96, Muskegon County Airport, and rail and truck access to the Port of Muskegon, West Michigan's only deep water port. Utilities in place include water (16 inch water mains), sewer (42 million gallons per day capacity), electric (Consumers Energy), and natural gas (DTE/MichCon). It is one of two County owned certified business parks in Muskegon County.
