This site is located in downtown Walnut Creek, CA and is currently occupied by a gas station and surface parking lots. The City would like to see the development of a seven-story parking garage in the middle of the block with car and pedestrian access and a mixed use building with retail spaces at street level and offices on the upper levels. To accommodate the parking structure, the future development would include a part of the lot currently occupied by Big 5 Sporting Goods.
The development may or may not include the gas station.
