This opportunity involves the subdivision of the Sears store in the Panama City Mall into two retail locations. Sears will retain one of the spaces but will lease at lease 65,059 SF for retail purposes. There is also three suites being proposed from the Sears Auto Center - roughly 6,500 SF each. Seritage has also indicated that there may also be an opportunity for an outparcel along Highway 77 or Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard that can serve as a restaurant or hotel site.
