The Twin Bridges Corridor is directly adjacent to the new Interstate 74 Bridge. Within this corridor will be pedestrian friendly amenities such as new streetscapes to support retail development, a new urban park which connects pedestrians to the riverfront trail system along the Mississippi River, and a lift structure to connect visitors to the 14 foot trail and observation deck that is to be constructed over the Mississippi River.
