Together, they designated Utica Junction as the number one priority redevelopment site in the city due to its location, market potential and community vision.

Fast Track Approval
The city of Roseville was the first in Michigan to be certified under the Redevelopment Ready Communities (RRC) program. RRC program participants receive a comprehensive assessment measuring their community and economic development practices. Certification under this program signals that the community has integrated transparency, predictability and efficiency into their daily development practices, and that they have removed development barriers and streamlined processes to be more competitive in today’s economy.
