This two parcel site consists of a City surface parking lot, and a vacant Greyhound station, at the heart of Downtown. Greyhound moved in March to the Intermodal Transportation Center one block north, to accompany Amtrak and eventually commuter rail to San Jose, San Francisco and Sacramento. Next to the new 98,000 square foot mixed use Taylor Fresh Foods Corporate Headquarters and adjacent to main Street with a pedestrian walk to the mid-block.
