Local Description

An 1,800-unit development is in the planning phase in the northeast area of the City (expected to be entitled in mid-2015, with construction beginning late 2015). The Wilton Rancheria casino project, located in the northwest portion of the City's sphere, is in the environmental analysis stage of the planning process, with an expected construction start date in 2018-2019.
